Update with Regard To Practice Status

Covid-19 Update (updated January 2021)

As of Monday 23rd of March 2020, our professional bodies have advised us to stop providing routine eye examinations.

These are now going to be delayed, for safety reasons, and no reminder letters will be sent until this changes.

We are now only providing emergency eye care. If you have an:

  • acute red eye
  • painful eye
  • flashes and floaters
  • foreign body
  • contact lens problems
  • sight related symptoms

For Contact lenses that have been ordered recently, or if you are on our contact lens scheme, you will be contacted about the collection.

Please phone the practice on 028 9066 2020 and leave a message (will be checked regularly).

If you are a Key Worker, essential eye care will also be provided, including emergency eye care. For example, to replace broken / lost spectacles.

We have realised that with the current health situation regarding the Covid-19 pandemic, health advice is changing so rapidly, we ask you to check our website and social media – Facebook, Instagram and Twitter.

For everything else, the best way to contact us at this time is by e-mail – info@ekeyewear.com. If you think we do not have your e-mail address on our records, please send an e-mail to info@ekeyewear.com.

We also will have an up-to-date message on our phone advising of the practice status.

We wish you well, over the next coming difficult weeks, and we look forward to welcoming you back into the practice.
